Return & Refund Policy

Most Waltz Diamonds pieces are crafted especially for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. This includes custom designs, ring resizing, engravings, personalized pieces, and special stone sourcing requests. Once production has started, the order is considered confirmed and irreversible.

Ready-to-ship, non-custom pieces, return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition. Approved returns are issued as Waltz Diamonds store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, and any associated duties or fees.

Pre-owned pieces are sold as-is and are final sale. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered on pre-owned items. In rare circumstances and at our sole discretion, a store credit may be issued if a request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery and the piece is returned unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Approval is not guaranteed and should not be expected. Customers are responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and any applicable duties or fees.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, Waltz Diamonds will, at its discretion, repair or remake the piece. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
