We offer complimentary FedEx or UPS shipping on all U.S. orders.

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Most Waltz Diamonds pieces are made to order and typically require up to 14 business days for production, though timelines may vary slightly depending on design complexity and stone availability. Once production is complete, orders are shipped immediately—often the same day or the following business day—and a tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped. 

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase, and some orders may arrive earlier if production is completed ahead of schedule. 

While we do our best to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delays due to carrier issues, inclement weather, or incorrect shipping information are beyond our control and may result in unavoidable delivery delays.
